Bear Rocks Construction Company is a family-owned and operated business in Pennsylvania with over 40 years of experience in building post and beam, open interior design, resort homes.

Using local hardwood beams with foam core laminated panels is our own specialty design. We pioneered this method to use with our existing beam system in 1988. The key advantage to this process is high insulation value with ease of constructing open beam cathedral ceilings.

The owner, Don Boggs, applies his engineering experience to custom design beam structures for additions, decks, and homes that we build, along with the electrical systems and layout.

We have built over 300 resort-type chalets in Bear Rocks, on Chestnut Ridge, and in the surrounding area.

Our specialties include decks, interior and exterior renovations, additions, garages, and lot clearing to finished construction.

We also do custom interior woodwork in the rustic style as well as block, poured cement, and electrical work including service entrance panels.
